Tequila & Mezcal Cruise

Rhubarb Paloma

  • 40ml Tapatio Reposado
  • 10ml Pimento Dram
  • 25ml Grapefruit Juice
  • 15ml Lime Juice
  • Top with Soda

Shake all ingredients with ice, except soda, and strain into a tall glass with ice. Top with soda and garnish with an grapefruit slice.

When The Smoke Cleared

  • 45ml Derrumbes Durango
  • 15ml Aperol
  • 7.5ml Ginger Syrup
  • 22.5ml Pineapple Juice
  • 22.5ml Lemon juice

Shake all ingredients with ice and double strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a crystallised piece of ginger on a cocktail skewer.

Mezcal Fruit Cup

Build all ingredients in a tall glass with ice. Garnish with mint leaves, strawberries, lemon and orange slices.

Rhubarb & Apple Gimlet

Shake all ingredients with ice and double strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with an expressed orange peel.
