Sample four different gins from around Scotland, each served neat and as part of a cocktail while we chat through each.
We’ll discuss the history of gin and how it’s made as well as the stories of the people who make the lovely liquid you sample!

Grab your floral shirt and get ready for two hours of tropical delights as we sail up and down the Union Canal!
Sample four different rums from around the world, each served neat and as part of a cocktail while we chat through each.

TEQUILA & MEZCAL CRUISE

Tequila and Mezcal are two of the fasting growing spirits in the UK – what better way to discover your new favourite drink than on a two hour tasting up and down the Union Canal!
We’ll sample four different spirits – two Tequilas and two Mezcals – both neat and as part of cocktail, while we chat all about where they come from, how they’re made, and what makes agave spirits the next ‘big thing’.
FORAGED COCKTAIL CRUISE

The Union Canal is full of tasty treats just waiting to be discovered – let us show you how bounitful our favourite stretch of water is with our foraged cocktail cruise!
We’ll sample four different cocktails each containing an ingredient that we’ve foraged from the banks of the canal from Flowering Currant to Rosehips – we’ll even sail past most if not all of them and point them out!
