FORAGED COCKTAIL CRUISE

New to 2024 is our Sunday afternoon Foraged Cocktail Cruise! We’ll sail up and down the Union Canal starting at Fountainbridge as we sample four different cocktails containing ingredients foraged from the banks of the water.
Over the two hour cruise, you’ll sample four cocktails, each containing a seasonal ingredient foraged along the banks of the Union Canal.
We’ll chat through each drink, describing the hand picked ingredient, where they come from, and other ways of using them in drinks. We may sail past some if not all of the ingredients used, and point them out so you can forage some (sustainably) yourself!
You’ll also have the knowledge and expertise of our experienced hosts and mixologists who will discuss interesting topics and answer any and all questions you may have.
Our cocktails are seasonal and dependent on the ingredients available to us a the time. Here’s a few examples of drinks we may serve:
- Rosehip & Lychee Fizz
- Apple & Water Mint Southside
- Strawberry & Elderflower Collins
- Meadowsweet & Pineapple Buck
Canapes are provided for us by local caterers, Xanders. Each guest will receive three canapes each and all dietary requirements can be catererd for. All the money you pay for the food goes directly to Xanders to support local business – we do not take a cut!
If you have any dietary requirements or allergies, please make us aware at time of booking – you will see a space to add this during checkout. You will also receive an email a week prior to the cruise with meeting info and a reminder to let us know about any requirements you have.
Food is pre-prepared and delivered to us in advance of each cruise so no substitutions are available on board. All relevant info must be provided at least 72 hours in advance.
