- 40ml Little Brown Dog Aberdeenshire Foraged Gin
- 15ml Toasted Coconut Syrup
- 15ml Peach & Orange Tea
- 20ml Lime Juice
- Top with Ginger Ale
Shake all ingredients with ice, except Ginger Ale, and strain into a tall glass with ice. Top with Ginger Ale and garnish with an orange slice.
Saturn
- 40ml Porters Tropical Old Tom Gin
- 7.5ml Lucky Passionfruit Liqueur
- 7.5ml Bristol Syrups Falernum
- 7.5ml Bristol Syrups Orgeat
- 15ml Pineapple Juice
- 15ml Lemon juice
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a short glass with crushed ice. Garnish with a lemon slice.
Spiced Pear Mule
- 40ml Cairngorm Gin Reindeer Edition Gin
- 15ml Spiced Poached Pear Syrup
- 20ml Lime Juice
- Top with Ginger Beer
Shake all ingredients with ice, except Ginger Beer, and strain into a tall glass with ice. Top with Ginger Beer and garnish with a mint sprig.
Rhubarb & Apple Gimlet
- 40ml Crafty Distillery Galloway Gin 2023
- 15ml Rhubarb Syrup
- 20ml Apple Juice
- 20ml Lime juice
Shake all ingredients with ice and double strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lime wheel.
