In this edition of History of the Sesh, we explore the modern landscape of the mixology world and just how science is affecting the way we consume cocktails. In this unique class, you’ll shake up two drinks yourself, while your host guides you through the maze of macerations and gadgets used in contemporary cocktails, explaining the trends and techniques.
During the 1.5-2 hour session you’ll receive five drinks:
- 2 full sized cocktails
- 3 1/2 sized cocktail samples
As usual, we’ll include a variety of different spirits in our drinks – if there’s anything you’re really not a fan of, let us know in advance so we can make adjustments!
